The Master Air Cadet level represents the highest standard of cadet training, available to cadets aged 15 and above who have completed their Senior Cadet training.
Program Structure:
- Choose three advanced subjects from the Senior syllabus not previously studied
- Complete advanced leadership and instructional technique training
- Develop mentoring skills through peer leadership opportunities
Requirements:
- • Minimum age: 15 years
- • Completed Senior Cadet classification
- • Strong leadership demonstration
- • Squadron staff recommendation
